Terms of service

These terms govern your use of ReachAtlas at reachatlasleads.com. ReachAtlas provides a searchable database of business contacts and company information, with paid credits to unlock available contact details. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.

The service is intended for adults using it for legitimate business purposes. If you use ReachAtlas for an organization, you must have authority to act for that organization. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

Provide an accurate email address and keep your password and account access secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe someone has gained unauthorized access.

Do not share accounts to bypass subscription restrictions, impersonate others, or attempt to access another customer’s saved lists, notes, or account information.

Prices are in US dollars. The checkout page shows the amount due and any applicable taxes before you pay. Payments and subscription management are handled by Stripe.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the applicable monthly or annual price until canceled. Annual payments cover a full year; annual credits are issued upfront rather than in monthly installments.

Eligible first-time annual customers using SALES120 pay $120 for the first year, then $240 per year. This is a 50% discount on the standard annual price. The offer applies to the first annual payment only and includes all 60,000 annual credits. Monthly plans do not accept promotion codes. Eligibility and the final charge are confirmed at checkout.

One credit unlocks one contact and the fields available for that record. An active, successfully paid subscription and a sufficient balance are required for new unlocks. Creating an account, opening checkout, or returning to the site does not itself grant credits.

• Reopening an already unlocked contact does not spend another credit.
• Downloading your unlocked contacts as CSV does not spend additional credits.
• Unused credits carry forward while your subscription remains active. Credits are account-bound, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money.
• After cancellation takes effect, new unlocks require an active subscription. Previously unlocked records can still be viewed or exported, subject to privacy removals and record availability.

An unlock provides access to an existing record. It does not guarantee that every field is filled, a message will be delivered, or a contact will respond.

You can cancel an active subscription through the Stripe billing portal linked from your ReachAtlas billing page. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the paid billing period; it does not automatically refund the current period or delete your account.

For an incorrect charge, a technical issue, or a refund request, email support@reachatlasleads.com with your account email and the relevant invoice details. Do not send card numbers or passwords. Refunds are reviewed individually; nothing in these terms limits refund or cancellation rights that applicable law gives you. See our Refund Policy.

Use ReachAtlas information for lawful business research and outreach. Access to a contact record does not establish consent to receive marketing, and it does not remove your responsibility to assess the laws that apply to your outreach.

• Follow applicable privacy, electronic marketing, and telemarketing rules, including consent requirements where they apply.
• Identify yourself accurately, use truthful messages, and provide and honor required unsubscribe or opt-out mechanisms.
• Respect objections and privacy removals, including for data you have already exported.
• Do not use records for harassment, fraud, discrimination, sensitive personal profiling, or decisions about credit, insurance, employment eligibility, or housing.
• Do not resell, republish, sublicense, or redistribute the database or exported contact lists without our written permission.
• Do not scrape the service, bypass masking or credit controls, disrupt systems, or attempt unauthorized access.

For US commercial email requirements, consult the FTC’s CAN-SPAM business guide. Other jurisdictions may impose different or additional requirements.

Records are added and updated through administrator-managed imports. Information can be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Verification labels and dates reflect information supplied with a record; they do not represent a live verification performed when you view it.

Search results and available records may change as the database is updated or privacy requests are processed. We may remove or suppress a record even after it has been unlocked. ReachAtlas does not send outreach campaigns or guarantee leads, conversions, revenue, or continuous availability.

ReachAtlas’s software, branding, and interface remain the property of their respective owners. Your subscription gives you access to use the service and permitted data for your business; it does not transfer ownership of the service or the underlying database.

We may restrict access to address nonpayment, unauthorized use, fraud, or a security concern. If you believe access was restricted in error, contact support. Planned changes to pricing or these terms will be identified on the site or communicated through available account contact details, as applicable. The current checkout and billing portal show your subscription charges.

ReachAtlas is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that its data will be complete, current, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for verifying information before relying on it and for how you use exported data.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. For questions or a dispute about the service, contact us so we can review the issue with you.
