How much does ReachAtlas cost?
The monthly plan costs $40 USD and includes 5,000 contact credits after each successful monthly payment. The annual plan costs $240 USD and includes 60,000 credits upfront after each successful annual payment.
Is there a first-year annual discount?
Eligible first-time customers can use SALES120 for 50% off their first annual payment: $120 for the first year, then $240 per year. The code does not discount the monthly plan. Eligibility and final pricing are confirmed at checkout.
What does one credit unlock?
One credit unlocks one contact and all available fields on that record. Reopening or exporting an already unlocked contact costs no additional credits. Field availability varies by record.
Can I preview the database before subscribing?
Yes. Find leads offers a limited public preview with contact details masked. A paid subscription and sufficient credits are required to unlock new contact details.
Which filters can I use?
Search by keyword, job title, seniority, department, company, industry, company size, country, state, city, and email status. Results depend on the records available in the database.
Can I export leads to CSV?
Yes. Subscribers can organize contacts in lists and export unlocked contacts as CSV files. Downloads can be kept for offline access, subject to the terms of service and applicable privacy obligations.
Are email addresses verified in real time?
No. Email status is supplied with the imported record. ReachAtlas does not perform a live mailbox check or guarantee deliverability or accuracy.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Sign in, open Billing, and choose Manage subscription to use the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid subscription period.
How can someone remove their information?
Use the public Remove my data form to suppress records matching a work email, or contact support@reachatlasleads.com for other privacy requests. A paid account is not required to submit a privacy request.
Does ReachAtlas have an affiliate program?
Yes. Approved affiliates earn a one-time $20 USD commission for each qualifying new customer’s first successfully paid subscription. Referrals use a 30-day cookie or an assigned annual code. Commissions are reviewed, and payouts are processed manually.
